Customer Reviews
Reliable and consistent
I've been ordering Nom Nom for over a year now, mainly the Variety Pack, and this latest delivery was just as reliable as all the others. My dog has tried Chicken Cuisine and Pork Potluck too, and she's always excited for mealtime. Compared to my first orders, the packaging seems to have improved slightly, keeping things colder. I did try the Microbiome Testing Kit once, which was interesting but not something I've repeated. The convenience of having fresh food delivered directly is why I keep coming back. It's consistent, and I haven't had any major problems with shipping or the food quality over all this time. They've been a good choice for us.
Good food, happy dog
I ordered the Beef Mash for my dog and she absolutely loved it. The delivery was quick, took about 3 days. It was super easy to set up the subscription. Her coat looks shinier already. Definitely a good choice for picky eaters.
Decent food, some issues
I've been a Nom Nom customer for about six months now, mostly getting the Turkey Fare. The quality of the food is consistently good, and my dog really enjoys it. I also like that it's human-grade. This order, however, arrived a day later than the estimated delivery, which was a bit inconvenient since I was running low. Also, I wish they offered more options for existing customer discounts; the initial 50% off was great, but renewals are full price. Still, it's a solid choice for fresh dog food, just prepare for full price after the first order.

Thinking of trying Nom Nom for my lab. She's a bit picky. What's the deal with their trial box, is it worth it?
Hey, anyone know if Nom Nom is really human-grade? Or is that just a marketing thing?
